Iain Sutherland draws on his broad work and personal experience to fully utilise his coaching skills and facilitation abilities. Iain’s experience, has a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction having spent 6 years in coaching relationship roles. He believes strongly in aligning individuals and teams with their organisation values and aims and focuses on formulating and implementing plans to achieve desired business goals, whilst ensuring individual needs are also met.

Iain has significant expertise in coaching individuals at all levels as they look at internal and external options and opportunities. Iain’s experience spans both third and private sector organisations across the UK. He is an ICF Associate Credential Coach (ACC) qualified in Coaching Practice, Iain now has over 500 hours of coaching experience with over 80 clients and will shortly be looking to gain his Professional Coaching Credential accreditation with ICF.
