David York
David York joins P3 Business Care as a Business Partner with significant experience supporting individuals in challenging environments.
Most recently he served as Projects Manager with Prison Fellowship Scotland, coordinating 150 volunteers across 17 prisons and facilitating weekly support groups and courses.
David holds qualifications in Christian Leadership and Counselling, including addiction counselling, and is passionate about creating safe spaces for meaningful conversations.
His background in community work, leadership, and pastoral care equips him to provide proactive wellbeing support to employees.
